Getting an error on Windows that the OS is experiencing an "Error in parsing the app package." Which is too bad because it looks really fun and I'd love to play it!

i'm confused because "mmo" means massive multiplayer online but its offline?
Right! Confusion is warranted. This was made for a game jam with the topic "incompatible mechanics", so we made an offline online game. :P
i downloaded it and unpacked it but seems i cant find a launch icon?
